Quick question.

I am looking to get some historical data (2 days a go) from BCMS, but i cant seem to get the results i want.

Basically, i want to get skill data (calls taken, abandoned, offered) for, say Friday just gone between 8am-8pm, but i cant seem to get the command right!

Any ideas?

Many thanks

The switch doesn't store much historical data. Usually for measurements and performance records you can see historical data for the last 24 hours. You could not come in on Monday, and see Friday's data. Capture it to a file daily or use report scheduler and send it to a system printer/PC File.

igessey,

alternatively you can use any of the reporting software out there. avaya bcmr-d, netlert n-focus and may others are doing the same task: pulling reports from the pbx, storing the data in some kind of local database and then providing it in form of different reports.

CMS issue

Good afternoon.
We have a multiple site set up that uses Release 12 CMS linking to each sites AgentView servers that control the relevant sites wallboards.
CMS stats are accurate on screen, but the wallboards have started to freeze every few mins - the historical data updates every 15 mins, but the real time doesnt, eventually freeing up.

All the links are up in the agent view software.

Also, the time on the CMS toolbar periodically jumps back 7 hours then jumps forward to the right time.

Any ideas on what might be causing this problem?
