Mar 11, 2008 #1 sjforcum Technical User Jul 15, 2002 859 US I've installed the patch, but my bcmsvu login does not have adequate permissions for the data pull.... What profile are you all using for this login? Seems like it needs MSPs....and of course all of the docs on Avaya's site are out-dated.... TIA, SJF

May 4, 2008 Thread starter #3 sjforcum Technical User Jul 15, 2002 859 US here's how I got it to work.... make the login susers/prof19 check the LAN settings and hardset to 100/Full on the server and switch and if that doesn't work, make sure the box is reporting the processor as a single processor under device manager. May 4, 2008 Thread starter #5 sjforcum Technical User Jul 15, 2002 859 US The BCMr server does NOT need to be logged into the domain in order to get data from the switch. The box I finally got working is a loaner box setup in a seperate work group. No issues connecting to the PBX and pulling reports. SJF Upvote 0 Downvote
