BCM50 - Reconfigure URGENT PLS HELP! 1

Hi

New to this so forgive any errors in posting!

My business has purchased a second hand BCM50, to upgrade from our old Nortel 0x32.

I'm having a few problems.

Is there a way of restoring the system and all it's programming, to defaults, without - loosing all the keycodes that are installed?
I bought a DSM32 to add to the system, and was told i would not need any key codes to make this work, however some extensions says Keycode Required.
there are a number of Voip lines that were configured on the system, how do I remove these lines?

we are getting somewhere!

one last, important question. does every system have the POE- power over ethernet ability, or is that another extra, and how would i find that on the system?

poe is a switch feature not a system feature.
