BCM50: BCM MONITOR ERROR 117 - FREEZES CANNOT LOGIN?

Intermittently the BCM Monitor will not login. I get an error 117 and it acts if it is trying to login but it just locks up. I can resolve this by restarting the BCM50, but that gets old real quick.
 
Is it release 1.0 or 2.0? Does it have all the patches? I would make sure that it's patched to the latest.
 
The version is 40.2.8.27.

Where do I find the patches at for this?
 
All the patches are on Nortel's Website ask your vendor for them.
