I replaced the HDD in a BCM50 with an original Nortel HDD RLS3. When I power the unit I get 2 solid yellow leds and after a few seconds 2 solid red leds. After a few seconds we get 2 flashing red leds. I waited circa 20 minutes but the system do not boot. I couldn't make reset procedure as the leds should light in other sequence in order to perform reset (level 1 or 2). Any ideas? Thanks David.

Have you used the BCM replacement hard drive in any other system? If you have it will pair to that system and until you reimage the hard drive you cannot use the hard drive. The BCM 50 HDD pairs to the first system it is started up with and then will not work with any other system.

Thanks,
Colin

The HDD is brand new from the Box, never installed in another system
