Hi All,
I have a customer with a BCM450 with ICC, they are concerned that when the ICC is closed the skillset mailbox only has 180 minutes of message storage which is not enough. In the Class of Serevice there is Mailbox Message Time, it states:
The maximum message time is 180 minutes. Mailboxes have a Never Full mailbox feature that lets external callers
leave a message in a “full” mailbox. The message is stored in the mailbox, but cannot be accessed until a saved message is deleted.
Does this mean that, once new messages have been listened to and deleted the overflow messages will become available?
