I have a phone that is extension 4381. It sounds like it is live with a digital sound when I put my butt set on it, but when there is a phone plugged in it doesn't respond with any lights or sound. In the Element Manager, 4381 shows up as an inactive extension. How do I make it Active?
Thanks Travis

You need to tone it back to the BCM amphenol cable and find out what port it's on as a start.

I wasn't being a smart alek on earlier post just thought you would get a quicker answer there.

If you have a BCM 50 and that ext is on the main cabinet you may need key codes, not on a BCM400 or 200. You may basically have a bad port on the BCM.
