I am new to the BCM systems and also new to this job. I have worked previously on Meridian Option 11's, 61's, and 81's. I took over for a guy who left the company with no documentation with login credentials for any of our remote BCM systems (2 BCM 50's, and 2 BCM 200's). Is there any way that I can get into these systems to reset the login and passwords? Thanks for the help!

User name for administration is usually nnadmin and the default password. Depending on the release, the passwords might have been changed. If the are BCM 50 R2.0 or higher or BCM 200 R4.0, the passwords had to be changed during the initial setup. If they were changed you will need to setup a modem and have Nortel remote to it and do a level 2 reset. Thats the only way I know of. But if you can find the BCM 50 doc that comes with the system the default passwords are in there. Sorry but this site doesn't allow passwords to be given out.
