BCM Enterprise edge 1000 rls 2.50 lap top set up

I'm having trouble accessing a BCM entrprise edge
I tried element mngr no access I tried internet explorer
no access , I tried ftr ** 266344 738662 266344
no access i tried ftr 9*8 not valid. I could use element mngr system monitor to see system status. anyone have a soloution ?
Also how can I access the modem connected to BCM ?

Element mgr is for bcm 4.0 and bcm50.

Can't use set programming on 2.5.
Must Internet explorer to get to unified manager. Enter IP address:6800

I know set programming is not recommended on older BCMs, but I've never had an issue. Try F**SYSTEM and the config password. You can't access any of the IP programming through a system telephone.

If you don't know the BCM IP address try connecting to the serial port with a crossover serial cable and Hyperterminal, 9600 8-N-1.
