BCM Call Detail Reporting

Is anyone aware of a good, relatively inexpensive call detail reporting software that will work with the CDR Wrapper on the BCM? Nothing fancy, just something that will take the call detail from the application and create some basic reports. Any reedback would be sincerely appreciated.

Try a company called RSI. They can be found at telecost.com. They make several CDR system that work with Nortel products and are good people to work with.

Second that. We use RSI for all call accounting packages. Good thing is RSI does all the work. They install it with the customer and train them.

I have used RSI in the past (

They have multiple flavours of call accounting for all platforms and versions specific versions for Nortel BCM, Norstar and M1 (

I have also seen some decent product from Veramark. It is much more geared to Avaya and a bit more expensive.
