when linking two bcm50 together does the software have to match ihave one that is a ver 1 and one that is a ver 3.

Technically shouldn't matter. I have a BCM50r6 going to a BCM400r4.
However, I do have ticky problems with users on the BCM50 being able to consistently dial out over the BCM400's PRI. I'm hoping an impending upgrade to BCM450r6 will resolve.
