Does anyone know what the modem extension on a BCM 50 R3.0 is? Thanks for your help

if using default numbering, it is 333.

Login to BCM Monitor, in one of the tabs, it tells you what your MODEM DN is.

What software do you use to connect to it? Can you use Element Manager? I don't see anything in EM to indicate a modem connection?

Did you start the BCM Monitor program?
