Correct Telcodog, we have a ticket open with Avaya to have the keycodes removed from the replacement MSC. Upon replacing the MSC, the hard drive would not boot up. So now here's where we stand:
System working ok except for delayed dial tone and delayed functionality when pressing buttons. Replaced MSC and system wouldn't come up, including hard drive. Put original MSC back and system boots up but hard drive still doesn't boot. Now we're back to delayed functionality but with no voicemail.
We have a 2nd Rls 4 system on site that was pulled from service. While we wait for Avaya to remove keycodes from that MSC, attempt to restore database to this replacement unit. Restore says successful but still default data.
Any pointers on replacing a failed BCM400 Rls 4 to another 400, Rls 4 as it relates to backup/restore?
