I just patched my BCM 400 Release 4.0 with SU 023-200909. After the reboot none of my IP Phones will register. I can connect via EM but the phones just go to the screen that reads Connecting to server but with no flashing lights. Funny thing is my remote IP phones are working fine. Please help.

Checked the alarms and I'm getting a continuing alarm that says Terminal DN:123 is upgrading firmware.

There must've been a set f/w patch in the SU patch which means each set will attempt to download it. If the set doesn't say downloading f/w, it's probably stuck trying to reconnect to the BCM. U may have to try rebooting the set several times to get it going.

Actually I just got it working. After several BCM reboots and even more set reboots, I rebooted to BES 50 and all the phones immediately began downloading the new firmware.
