I have a file uploaded, a 600K .wav file. When I click play on the BCM Amp, it stays "stopped". I have background music checked, on hold is "music" and music source is "music manager", but have no music on hold.
Remember to go into BCM manager and check the radio button that the source is your file. Also, make sure that your file is uploaded and that the file size is not larger then the max.
I've had it take over 30 minutes to upload a music file even though the system says it is uploaded. Just be patients and then add it to your playlist. I always only use one file, but that is just my experience. Then again take your time. Then turn the music on on your phone and it should work.
