I fully understand the Upgrade issue. I am simply asking if I have a BCM 4.0 up and working with good backups. What would it take to replace the drive with a new drive. Am I required to purchase the hard drive from Nortel...or can I buy a drive from Bestbuy, and image it, then restore the bcm4.0.
If the answer to that is yes, the question is:
Is the Bit Image tool the only way?
