Hi everyone, I think this is probably not possible but thought I would check, if there is a way I am sure it will turn up here!

We use a lot of distribution lists in Outlook 2000 for committee work and one recipient has suggested that we hide the other addresses in the list.

The only way I know how to do this is to use the bcc field, but of course then the "reply to all" function cannot be used. This is a useful feature for this area of work.

Thanks in advance

Kathy
