Baystack 4500 stack order question

On the older Baystacks with the text CLI/ GUI you could display the hardeware units in the stack and also reorder them from the text GUI/ Menu. The 4500 does not have this menu, just pure CLI. Does anyone know a command to display and also re-order the stack units from the CLI and also if this can be done via Device MGR?
