batch file? please help

I am using NT4 SP5 and I need to write a batch file that backs up folder X on Drive a:\ to a tape device \\.\tape0. I plan on using the winat.exe to schedule it. I have no idea where to start with this. I have looked at the NT backup command switches and have a general idea, but I am having trouble with the syntax. Any suggestions?

We just use the command

ntbackup backup c:\ d:\ /l "System" /v /b /hcn

It backups our two drives, onto the tape
in a batch file run each night with winat

I think the problem I am having is where do I specify that I want it backed up to my tape drive and not drive space?
