Batch delete files based on date (created) range???

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know of a way to delete files on a folder with date (CREATED) criterion?
I want to delete some files which were created until 6 months from now and backwards (older than x days is not good for me).

You should be able to use VB and the File / Folder / FileSystemObject to accomplish this; I'm assuming you know VB / VBA from your posting history.

It must be possible with Windows Scripting Host, can someone provide me with a link?

Or give me some basic commands to begin with this?
