We are currently having difficulty with a particular project, which links into another master project. In this 'child' project we have an issue where the original base line was set at 70 days, however work has increased to 170 days.

Due to this increase, the master project is now asking us if we want to update the Baseline for the selected task. We currently say NO to this as we want to reflect the increase in time over the original estimate. However saying NO results in no changes made in the master project being saved. (ie all the other items such as actual/ remaining work that should be updated are not)

we had baseline set up initially, but now the customer wants to see early start, early finish , late start and late finish columns,
when i inserted those, it doesnt reflect the right dates as compared to baseline.
also it is told that these dates are caluculated by project depending on linking the tasks and baseline.
but when i change manually the dates in baseline, it doesnt reflect accordingly,
any help about this and more wil be really appreciated.
thanks

KN
