Based on radion button selection, move cursor to next field

Hi, I'm sure the code is so simple, but I can't find it.

All I want is this: I have a series of radio buttons (a group of 5 choices). If the customer clicks either of the first 2 radio button choices, I need that choice selected, then the cursor to automatically go to the next field.
