If it is on a CD-R, I suppose you have to use the PEbuilder and recreate a new CD, using the latest version from Bart's site and updating your Plugins with the latest files on your computer. If it is on a CD-RW, maybe? you can replace the files in the current Plugins with updates files, as long as the file names are identical, just by burning them to the CD?

I update my Bert Pe when I need it updated to work on a bad infected PC, or around once a month. I have around 10 differt AV and 10 differt spyware programs that need updates so it was a lot of trouble to update. I build bat files to download and patch the differt porgrams in the plugin folder then I run the build program and buld a new bert.
