I have some new PRI's from commpartners - when I send calls thru bars NPA's and SPN's include the area code and the orig number when I send out NXX's it only shows the 7 digit orig number - what do I need to change to send 10 digit orig number

John - I have gone overand changed many things on the clid with no change - what prompt should I change

if your clid changes are not working then your provider is ignoring your clid and linking your outbound to a fixed number.. that is set up on your provider end.. here one of my providers sends my clid.. same phone dials out on another local provider and you only see the main listed number...

check with your provider OR go to 96 enl msgo x on the dch to see what your actually sending...
