Hi

Is it possible to stop a particular number from coming through??

I know you can stop agents making calls to certain numbers, but we have a "nutter"(agents description not mine) calling us all the time and I want to stop him coming through

I have a definity G3 v11

We bar numbers that go through VDN's by inserting a step in the vector:

Goto Vector XXX if ani in table 1

Vector XXX - disconnects the call
Table 1 is a vrt which has all the CLI's in it we don't want to talk to.
ani is the calling party
