Hy,
Some months ago I made a application. As it was kind of free aplication for individual use only, and it was supported for 3 months I left a banner on the main form. This banner was a label that changed to 6 different messages into a continous loop. This loop was supported by a timer. But ... there is a but. This timer makes the cursor flicker when it's situated on a textbox or any editable area.
This is not too nice. How can I escape from this situation ?
Regards

Chris,
Thanks. I shall try it. Although I ran from those ocx because I do not know how to query them to see if they are registered, and if not to register them properly.

If you're using VFP8 then you can display an animated GIF using the native image control.

Cheers,

Andrew

Yup ... you're right.
But, I bought 8.0 version for me. My workplace gives me only the 7.0 version.
