I have this banner in place on my firewall/routers/switches

Unauthorized user should disconnect from this system immediately.
I looked around the web for other examples, they key points seem to be:
1) Don't give away who you are or what the system is.
2) In some way say 'authorized users only'. i.e. Don't say "Welcome".
3) Some say to also add 'access is being logged' I do not have that in place.
Historically my banner came in place on my routers when my company took over management of them from a third party vendor 6 years ago. All of the original equipment has been swapped out but the banners still live. Until now it has not been reviewed by my companies legal dept. My banner reads like it originally was on a mainframe and probably could use some modifications.
Anybody have any input as to what they have put in place or been told by their legal people or auditors to use?
