Bandwidth required for IP Phone in Telecommuter Mode

What is the network bandwidth required for logging in an Avaya ip-softphone application in Telecommuter mode and how much bandwidth does it take once the application is logged in ?
As always, appreciate your answwers.

Very little bandwidth is needed. Not sure of the exact number but it is probably some where around 10 to 15K.

I actually got the correct figure. It is close to 1.5kbps.
