Bandwidth Cap a port on 2924 Swith?

Is there any way to bandwith cap a port on a 2924 swith to lets say.. T1 speeds?

I tried the bandwith command but it didn't work!

The bandwidth command only controls "advertised", not actual, bandwidth.

The 2924 is layer 2 switch, so you probably can't limit traffic.
