Bad Error

The Error Message is

Setup hast detected that unInstallShield is in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart Setup.

Error 432.

What can i do .. i don`t run unInstallShield.
i restart the computer some times .. but .. nothing happend
it is the same problem ..

please help .. very fast ...

This error can occur when doing an install without administrator rights. Log in with an administrator account and restart the installation.

Other causes:

Anti-Virus running during a setup.
Corrupt IsUninst.exe.

I have had this happen when instaling softwaer and the installation fails. On some occasions the program is listed in add/remove programs, and after removing it the install will work again.
