Bad address in DHCP

Would anybody know why there would be a bad address in my DHCP server?

check your TCP/IP configuration.

another thing is maybe your scope options gives wrong IP addresses..

I checked the TCP/IP configuration and when I went to check the scope the bad address is now a good address.

I wonder what changed.
