My brick level mailbox backups fail part way through. This is an intermittent problem and gives an error 'Backup Agent error (366) - failed to open folder'.
If I stop and restart the Brightstor RPC service the backup works okay again for about a week or so.
This has been going on for months CA support don't seem to know what the cause it - thought it was exchange database corruption but the database is fine or possibly permissions on Public Folders - but we don't use them.
Any ideas?
