Backup Speed Inconsistant

I do a Full backup of 3 NetWare 6.5 servers every Friday night, using BAB 9. Lately I have been geeting very different backup speeds. Example.
Friday 1
Server A 90 MB/Min
Server B 200 MB/Min
Server C 300 MB/Min

Friday 2
Server A 300 MB/Min
Server B 100 Mb/Min
Server C 90 Mb/Min

As you can hopefully see from the short example, there will be variable speed for each server on a night, then different speed for the same servers on different nights.

This has been occuring for several weeks. No changes have been made and the network and servers are in the same condition every Friday night.

Has anyone seen this type of behavour, and has anyone got a resolution.
