Backup/Restore APS Scheduler configuration

For disaster recovery and recovering from simple user errors, how do I backup and restore the APS scheduler configuration (Info Desktop directories, scheduled instances, ...)?

If anyone can help, let me know this as well. Just ran into a situation where I need to restore a folder on the APS. (All of the physical files still exist, tho)
