Backup Problems After Restore Is Performed...

I am running BackUp Exec 9.1 on Windows 2003 Server. I always like to test my Backup jobs periodically to make sure everything is fine. Whenever I perform my Restore job, it works fine and restores the file that I want.

My problem is this: after running a successful Restore job, my Backup job hangs and never completes that night. I have to manually cancel the job the next day (the jobs run at night). After I manually cancel the job, then I restart it and everything works fine. Any suggestions?

Found this while researching a different problem with backups hanging:

9.1.4691 Hotfix 18 - Restore Issue (After a restore job, the first backup job will hang until the VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) Job Engine service is restarted.)
