Backup job status is Snap shot processing for long time.

Snapshot processing is when you are doing a backup using AOFO or VSS for the snapshot technology. If you are using OFO you will need to make sure that there is not atleast 5 sec of no Disk writes to teh drive that you are trying to backup. The 5 seconds is the default setting for teh open file option. It can be changed to a lower setting but you risk backing up corrupt data
