Backup job is "incomplete" 1

Hi folks,
I'm using ARCServe Version 9.0 (Build 2020), and my backup job finishes, but says it's "incomplete." I've looked to the documentation files as well as the Knowledge Base, but I can't find any clues as to what may be my backup problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try and isolate what's my problem(s)???

Have you looked (in detail) at the log files within ArcServ for the job(s) that are listed as incomplete? Normally when I have a job end as incomplete or even fail, I can see the specifics of what happened within the log file.
 
Yes, I have and I don't see anything that helps me "debug" my problem. I have some warning messages like:

"W3073 Unable to logon as user."
"W3404 Unable to open file."
"W3406 Unable to read file."
"W3961 The file cannot be found."
"W3963 The file contents have changed."
"W3964 The file size has changed."
"W3965 The file date and time have changed."

Wouldn't the backup job just continue??? Are these preventing my job from "completing" normally?

As long as one file was missed the job will be marked as Incomplete.
