Backup fails with error w3073 and others to. 3

Hi i am running Arcserve small buisness server edition. v 11.

i have a big problem where i cant copy any of my files, i get all these errors come up.

W3073
Unable to logon as user. (USER=administrator, EC=logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.)

E3530
Failed to login to database. (EC=-2005)

W3831
Unable to find any media that can be used in this job.


This is causing alot of greif. Could someone please let me know what to do as i have come to a dead end.

I would really appreciate an answer.

Two different problems really.

The W3073 is caused by the ARCserve system account password being incorrect - run up server admin and specify the correct security credentials, stop and start the services, if the E3530 persists after this, check for database corruption.
