Backup exec v9 and firewall issue

Has anyone out there use Backup Exec V9 along with MS ISA 2000 firewall software to back up their servers in their DMZ.

I'm getting the following error message:

The job failed with the following error: A communications failure has occurred between the Backup Exec job engine and the remote agent.


I'm able to see the server and all the drives but I'm unable to back up the server.

Strange if you ask me.

BE uses port 10000 to connect to the remote agent initially. It then uses the port range designated in Tools |options| Network to establish data and control connections. If port 10000 is blocked, you will not be able to communicate with the remote agent.
