Backup exec v.9.1

Hi i have a big problem, i do a back up and it says in the morning: Error - Mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.

What do i do?

Also i have another problem, i get an error up saying:

Error : a0008486 - The media operation was terminated by the user.

Please can anyone help me,

1. When did this start?
2. Have you tried a new tape?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Hi Matt,

This only started about 3 weeks ago.
But putting a new tape in the drive fixed it for a while, the problem only just came back yesterday,

You job is requesting media or prompting for media. Due to out of tape space or media sets. Take a look at your application log or backup exec alerts.
