Can anybody help need to download copy of backup exec & scheduler ver 2.of

Backup Exec 2.0f is an OEM which comes with a tape drive. I don't think that this version is available anymore.
Your best bet would be to get a more recent version from Veritas. The latest is 4.5, I believe.

I think version 4.5 is for SBS. If you are running NT/2000 (standard) or Netware, the latest/greatest is v8.5 for each.

I use HP DAT drives which include an OEM copy of Tapeware from Yosemite. It's not a bad product for a freebie. It even has support for Linux.

I still use BackupExec because I'm far more familiar w/it (if it ain't broke, don't fix it).

I still have my copy of Tapeware from the DAT drive on my server at home you can have if you want it.

4.5 is for Win98, ME, NT4 Workstation and Win2000 Pro.
Because you used 2.0f, I suppose you don't have a server.
If we are talking about a workstation, then 4.5 is your best bet.
