Backup Exec 10

I am trying out backup exec 10, it was installed as an upgrade overtop 9.1 On my server which is windows 2003 with exchange 2003, when it finishes the exchange backup it stops indicating something about snapshot creation and seems to hang, it never continues the backup, I've left it all night with no change. Is it perhaps because I have not upgraded my exchange server to SP1, or what? This behaviour is with default options, I have not selected anything special. The install included remote agents, SQL and Exhange agent and intelligent disaster recover option.

Backup exec 10? Was not aware of that version. Is this beta?

They announced version 10 within the past couple weeks. I believe that you can download it if you have a service agreement.
