backup device for oracle

Hi! any suggestions/ideas for an oracle back-up device/unit than can be installed on IBM Netfinity5500 (Windows NT). Thanks.

I'll be backing up 10Gb or more in the future. If possible, if you have an idea of a backup device that will work fast in doing hot backup in oracle.

A DLT should be OK then - if you're really concerned about speed, then backup to disk first and do the backup to tape after
