Hi, Does anyone know of a way to backup the defined sites in dreamweaver. I have to format my computer and I have several defined sites that I do not want to re-enter if possible. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Under the site manager you can export the sites individually. There are two options for export. One lets you preserve password information. The export gives you a file with an extension *.ste which you can save to a disk. and then import once dreamweaver is reinstalled.

Good luck,
Ed.

Check the faqs for an exporter

Thanks, that will do for the immediate problem.

Do you know if you can export all of your site together at once. Exporting one at a time can get a bit time consuming if you have over 20 sites.

Thank for the tip though, and if you know how to export all at once that would great too.
