Backup Agent for Oracle

We have several Oralce DB servers(Windows 2000) in our site. In order to support the different applications, the default language of some servers set to 'Simplified Chinese', while others set to 'English'. My problem is, if my backup server's default language is same as the target Oracle DB server, the backup is OK, but when I connnect the Oracle agent on the server with different default language, it prompt "Ivalid userid or password is submit...", I have tried the "Encoding" option, but it does not work. So I can not backup all the DB server now.

Any idea?
