Backing up servers on different subnets

Backup Exec for NetWare 9.1
Using Remote Agents for NetWare

I can see all servers on my local subnet, but can't see outside my current IP range (i.e., I can see everything on 190.168.0.X, but nothing on 172.145.0.X) even though the remote agents have been installed on the remote servers... Servers don't show in the NetWare servers list...

Try to use the "user defined list" and add the IP-Adresses from the remote server. Technote:

Thanks for the info., but this is a NetWare server so the options are different.

Ultimately I had to enter static routes on the NetWare server for the different IP ranges and everything is set now. Thanks again.
