Backing Up Files

Hi

I have some files on a partition on my first HDD that I regularly backup with Norton Ghost to a partition on my second HDD

The problem that I have is that I make a few additions and my backup is out of date, is there any freebie programs or a batch file that can do a simple copy with the new files added to the fist partition so when I do a backup I can use something other than Norton Ghost and not have to do a full blown backup of the whole thing?

xcopy / robocopy with a timestamp switch (do /? to show options)
