backing up email 1

Hi whats the best/quickest way to backup all my email.
Im using Outlook.

Assuming a stand-alone installation of Outlook, just copy the .pst file to your backup media.

In addition, if you use AutoArchive within Outlook, as well as backing up your active .pst file do a find for archive.pst and back this up as well as this may contain some of your older messages.

Finally - you can only copy your .pst file when you are not in outlook.
