Backing Up & Moving Outlook Calandar

Export the calendar to a .pst file.
If the file is moved, make sure the "read-only" check box is unchecked.
Have the new user attach the .pst file to his Outlook.
Move the calendar entries to his calendar.
Detach and delete the old .pst file.
*Remember.......
If you don't use your head,
your going to have to use your feet.
