Backing shared files without .....

How do you get arcserve to back up a file that is shared without causing a sharing violation and having arcserve skip it.

I have arcserve 2000 advanced edition for winNT.

Buy the backup agent for open files. As you can guess from the name, it backs up open files [sig][/sig]
